Our beautiful "White Rose Ballroom" serves as the perfect backdrop for your special day. Leading our team is Vanessa, one of our co-producers and a professional seamstress with over 28 years of experience. She specializes in everything from elegant wedding dresses to charming heirloom hand-smocked baby garments, and she has a true passion for vintage décor that will add a unique touch to your event. In addition to Vanessa, we have Michael, top technician and go-to expert who ensures everything runs smoothly and resolves any issues that may arise. Shane, another remarkable member of our team, is not only an excellent event organizer but also a talented musician, adding a musical flair to the festivities. By combining our expertise and resources, we are dedicated to helping couples create their dream wedding without the overwhelming costs. The Deluxe Package includes all of the below for up to 160 people

Venue Hire: A stunning, versatile ballroom perfect for both ceremonies and receptions.

(This includes Round tables with white table cloths that seat 8-10, chairs with white chair covers.)

Celebrant Services: If you haven’t already booked a celebrant, we can connect you with one of our experienced professionals to guide you through your ceremony.
Catering: This package offers a distinguished buffet-style menu, featuring a selection of timeless, expertly prepared dishes.
The package also covers plates, cutlery, and glasses, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests. Additionally, we provide a cake-cutting knife, so you can elegantly celebrate your first shared moments as a couple.
A fully stocked bar in our "Encore Lounge" will be available, with the option for guests to pay for their own drinks, ensuring a flexible and enjoyable experience for everyone
Complementary Bottles of bubbles (wine) on the bridal table
The décor will be taken care of—simply let us know your theme and colours, and we'll ensure everything is beautifully coordinated to match your vision.
Flowers for the décor are all included, you simply have to organize your bridal party flowers (see links below for our recommendations for both artificial and hand picked.
Audio-Visual Setup: Complete sound systems, lighting, and projectors for an exceptional experience.
Event Coordination: A dedicated coordinator to ensure every detail is handled with care.
Wedding Dress Hire & Sales: Stunning designer wedding gowns available for hire or purchase so you can find the perfect fit at the perfect price. Professional seamstress onsite to help with any alterations.
Bridesmaid & Flower Girl Dresses: Beautiful bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses available for hire or sale, ensuring your bridal party looks picture-perfect.
We offer thoughtfully designed indoor settings that provide a beautiful backdrop, ensuring your special day is picture-perfect no matter the season.
We can also offer photography and videography if your budget does not quite reach to a full photography package.

As you know, this wedding package has been thoughtfully designed with the budget-conscious couple in mind. The pricing reflects our dedication to offering an unforgettable experience at a price that aligns with your needs. We've carefully crafted this package to ensure you receive exceptional value, allowing you to focus on celebrating your special day with peace of mind.

The price provided covers all aspects of the wedding/ceremony , including the services of the event organizer to ensure everything runs smoothly. However, please note that the cost does not include the outfits for the bridal party or the wedding dress.

Kindly Note:
As part of our "Wedding in a Box" package, the menu is fixed to ensure a seamless and delightful experience. However, we assure you that there will be an abundance of food to satisfy all guests, including second servings for those who desire more.

In addition, this package includes an exquisite grazing table, offering a selection of delectable finger foods to delight your guests throughout the celebration.

Payment Information

To secure the venue for your special day, a deposit of $1000 will be required upon acceptance of your booking. Three months prior to your wedding, we will kindly request 50% of the remaining balance. The final payment is due at least two weeks before your wedding day.

We understand that planning a wedding is a significant investment, and we are more than happy to work with you, offering the flexibility to make payments toward the balance over time, ensuring it’s manageable and stress-free.
